Julie M is an E-200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher. She specializes in Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Pregnancy Yoga. She teaches workshops, one-on-one privates and online classes. She is from the UK but is currently based in the Sultanate of Oman ME.
Julie M started her yoga journey 25 years ago in her hometown, originally accompanying her menopausal Mom who needed to ‘relax’. She quickly realized then at 24 she needed that too!
In 2017 she went to the International Yoga Festival (IYF) in Rishikesh India, during those 7 days in India she realized that becoming a Yoga Teacher was the next step on her Yoga journey.
She completed her 200 hour teacher training in 2018 with Johnny Nasello. Forever the student, Julie has continued to expand her knowledge and training to include 200 hour Yin Yoga, 100 hour Trauma Sensitive Yoga, 80 hour Pregnancy Yoga, and courses in Meditation, Mindfulness, Pranayama and Chinese Medicine.
She has taught in studios in the Middle East and is currently focused on expanding her teaching online and one-on-one.

In Julie’s classes everyone is welcome. Julie is passionate about designing classes which are accessible to all, blending various yoga styles and techniques to create a personal and unique experience for all her students.
Yoga, just like life, is a journey. Sometimes we need to approach it with energy and exploration, and sometimes we need to surrender to the stillness.
Yoga in all its many forms helps us to practice these things in a safe space, and allows us insight into ourselves in all our forms. We can then apply this knowledge and experience to navigate life’s ups and downs.
Everyone is unique, who we are, how we feel, and how we experience every moment is different. Yoga, like life, is not a one size fits all. I want my students to have the knowledge and the confidence to explore their uniqueness in an environment which allows them to safely experience the many faucets of their being, their lives, and their yoga practice in each and every moment.
