Maggie Li is a 200 hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher), from Hong Kong. She is a Wheel Yoga Teacher, Singing Bowl Therapist, and is certified in AromaCare.
Maggie started her yoga journey in 2015 due to a serious knee injury caused by intensive running and dancing training. This caused a shift in her which opened a new door for her to strike a balance between busy corporate communications work and a healthy lifestyle.
Maggie Li completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2018 with Johnny Nasello in Koh Phangan, Thailand and she is now a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance.

Maggie’s classes are always filled with energy, passion and inspiration. She focuses on alignment based vinyasa style, which helps laying down a solid foundation, trains up core muscle and endurance, and adds to the depth of body awareness in poses.
She also teaches other styles such as slim and detox yoga, wheel yoga, yoga stretch and yin yang yoga. She hopes everybody can benefit from yoga by connecting the body and mind regardless of age, size or any physical limitations.
By organizing different workshops especially for busy people who are under too much mental or emotional pressure, she hopes they can improve deep relaxation, release stress, and create space for regaining energy in the body.
