In this Refund Policy when we refer to Johnny Nasello Yoga, ‘We’, ‘Us’ or ‘Our’ we are referring to”

We are a Sole Proprietorship Entity.

Online Courses

We want you to be satisfied, so all online courses purchased on Johnny Nasello Yoga can be refunded within 48 hours. For whatever reason, if you are unhappy with a course, you can request a refund.

Instant Downloads

eBooks and Manuals, and other instant downloads will not be refundable. We are happy to answer all of your questions prior to your purchase.

  • Most refunds are returned via the original payment method.

How to Request a Refund

  • You can quickly request a refund by contacting our support team –  please be sure to include the course URL, or reply to your original transaction receipt.

Reasons for Denied Refunds

  • While our 48 hour refund policy is in place to protect students, we must also protect ourselves from fraud.
  • If all course content was downloaded or quizzes completed before the refund was requested (we can track this), the refund request may be rejected. Finally, students who purchase and refund multiple courses over an extended period may be subject to suspension for abuse of the refund policy.

Technical Difficulties

  • We will do our best to help resolve any technical difficulties you might encounter. If a defect is found, or if our technical support staff can confirm the problem but cannot provide a fix or work-around within the hours/days immediately following your purchase, we will promptly refund you.
  • If you are experiencing difficulties with access or our website, please email us with as much info as possible and a copy of the invoice we sent to you by email when you purchased. The more information you can provide to us, the easier it will be for us to help you diagnose any problems and workarounds, so please provide info about the device you are attempting to access with/from, the browser you are using, share which operating system you are on if you know, and please send along a complete description of the problem you encountered. We will do our best to assist with any problems ASAP.

Teacher Coaching, or Coaching Programs refer to live One-on-One or Group Coaching via Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp. Each meeting will be referred to herein as a “Session”.

Our current lineup of these programs include: Grow, Meditation Facilitator Training, and Pranayama Teacher Coaching, customized requests or similar programs we will add in the future.

Refund Period

  • If you change your mind and request a refund within 7 days of your purchase – and no sessions have yet occurred, we will refund 100% with no questions asked.
    • Clarity Calls do not count towards your sessions, and will not disqualify you from a full refund.
  • If, after the first session, you decide that our program is not for you at this time, then we will refund a prorated amount for the remaining program within 7 days.
    • Example: If your program contained 4 sessions and cost $600, and you request a refund after the first session, then we would refund $450 as long as you request a refund within 7 days from that first session.
    • The date of first session counts as the first day of that 7 day refund period.
    • No other refunds are offered outside of these conditions.
  • Most refunds are returned via the original payment method.

Grow Guarantee

We guarantee that you will earn back your investment in our Grow Coaching Program within 30 days of its completion, or we will refund you 100%. We believe in this guarantee because we offer support all the way through to completion of your Private Instruction Package, Workshop, or Retreat. This guarantee rests on the following conditions:

  1. That you met all of the prerequisites for the coaching program that you enrolled in prior to your enrollment, and can provide proof if requested.
    • For example, if you claim to have been teaching consistently for 6 months, there should be a record of that.
  2. That you made a good faith effort to sell your service that we create together.
    • There should be a record of your social media posts, newsletters, etc.
  3. Gross earnings prior to discounts are used for the determination.
    • For example, you advertise your workshop for $30, and 15 people attend ($30 x 15 = $450). $450 would be considered your Gross earnings even if you offered a discount to any of the attendees.

  • You can quickly request a refund by contacting our support team –  please be sure to include the course URL, or reply to your original transaction receipt.

Cancellations

Our Promise

We operate our business, courses, classes, coaching and training with utmost integrity. When we schedule a session with you, it will be our priority to deliver that session as scheduled. 

  • If We cancel a session or program, We will offer a full refund for that session or program if we are unable to agree upon rescheduling.
  • Barring extreme emergencies, we will always be on time to our sessions with you.

Your Commitment

Each program is dependent upon the number of sessions stated, in order for you to receive the results that we offer. No sessions may be skipped, unless otherwise stated on each program’s information/product page.

  • You are expected to be on time to each scheduled session.
    • Late arrivals will not receive an extension of the scheduled time.
    • More than 15 minutes late will count as a No Show.
  • If you “No Show” to any session, then you forfeit the program without any possible refund.
  • A 24 hour notice is required for cancellations/reschedule.
  • If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled session, then we reserve the right to charge a prorated fee for that session to be rescheduled. Refusal to pay the prorated fee for the reschedule will result in termination of the program without any possible refund.

We understand that life and circumstances may require occasional rescheduling of our sessions. We will work to accommodate you in every way. However, all sessions must be completed within the time frames specified on each program’s information/product page.

We invest careful planning and logistics to create great immersion teacher trainings; provide an excellent experience to our participants; and honor relationships of integrity with our hotels, staff, collaborators and other suppliers. Teacher Trainings are limited to a small group size for a personal, intimate experience. Our deposit, cancellation, and supplement policies are designed to accommodate the needs of all involved: our students, our suppliers, and ours.

Please read and understand our cancellation policies. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury or illness, or personal emergencies.

Trip Cancellation & Travel Insurance

We highly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance to cover your trip costs should you have an unexpected issue or medical problem prior to your training that prevents you from attending, or during your training, as well as to provide medical coverage.

Please read this further information on travel insurance and why we highly recommend it. You are responsible for purchasing your own travel insurance and for understanding the policy coverage you select.

Deposits & Payments

Registering for a teacher training requires a deposit payable online. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal by secure means on our website. For most trainings, the remaining amount due must be paid by 30 days prior to the start of the training, unless otherwise specified on your specific training’s booking information—whichever date comes first.

Please note we reserve the right to treat your reservation as canceled if your final payment is not made when due.

If you sign up for a training 30 days or less before the start date, the full training price is due with registration, payable by secure means on our website. Please contact us if you have questions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If we cancel a training for any reason, you can choose to receive a full refund or receive a full credit. During the pandemic, we will assess whether to postpone or cancel each training on a case-by-case basis based on recommendations from health authorities in the local training region.

If you cancel a training, you will receive a credit to a future training or retreat in the same or following year for all funds already paid, minus the initial amount required for deposit, as long as you have given us 30 days advance notice. After that, your funds are forfeited. Please strongly consider trip insurance.

  • If the training has to be postponed due to government border closure then a credit for your deposit will be given to be used for the rescheduled training.
  • If the training runs as scheduled, but you decide not to attend based on any reason, then the regular cancellation policy (detailed below) applies.
  • If travel around the world is being disrupted as the training nears, the final balance due date will be postponed until a final decision is made at the 30 day mark before the start date.

We have instituted a very flexible policy to help as much as possible with these uncertain times.

  • Note that even if it is legal to do so, we will only run a training if we believe we can keep everyone safe.

Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are transferable to another participant, if found and assigned by the original participant. If the training sells out and your place is filled, you will receive a refund.

All fees paid (minus deposit) are refundable up to 31 days before start of the training.

Please do not ask us to make exceptions. We put logistics in motion based on you signing up: we assign guides and other supporting staff, we reserve vehicles, retreat centers, and pre-pay activities, most (or all) of which costs are not recoverable by us. Remember, you have the option to get travel insurance, and if you choose not to purchase this, you are taking a risk. We reserve the right to cancel a training but in this case you will receive a full refund of any and all fees paid to Johnny Nasello Yoga.

Travel Insurance

We highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment and your health and well-being. We recommend that you purchase your trip insurance at the time you book your training or enroll in your course, as many insurance companies require your policy be purchased within 14 days of booking. Be sure you understand the coverage provided by the policy you select. Please read more about travel insurance here and suggested websites.

Event cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel a training with inadequate participant interest. In the unlikely event the program must be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, all payments (including deposits) made to Johnny Nasello Yoga will be refunded.

  • Johnny Nasello Yoga can not be held responsible for any personal expenses such as travel expenditures, due to cancellation or change in itinerary. In the case of event cancellation per above, a refund of all payments received by Johnny Nasello Yoga shall constitute full and final settlement.
